Once we have received your order and payment in full we aim to dispatch your order within 2 - 4 days. Busy periods such as Christmas and valentines day orders may take slightly longer. If you are in a hurry for your order then please contact us with specific dates and we will be happy to oblige where possible.

Standard UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery is just £2.95, this service usually takes between 2 - 4 working days. The contents of the package is only insured to the value of £20.
Special Delivery & Free Delivery
Special delivery costs £6.95, this service usually takes between 1-2 working days. The contents of your package will be insured up to £500.
If you have chosen special delivery or qualify for free delivery (orders over £50) then you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number via email when we have sent your items, you will be able to track your package online using the Royal Mail Track and Trace service. These services require a signature on delivery, if no one is available to receive your item, a card will be left instructing where you can collect your package from, which will usually be your local post office.
