Returns & Refunds

We aim to provide the very best quality in products and service, however if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then we will be happy to offer a refund.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, then please contact us.

Please return your item to our returns address within 14 days days of receiving it. The item must be unworn and in the original packaging. Due to hygiene we are unable to refund or exchange earring and bespoke items. Items that have been purchased in sales, with vouchers or with coupons are not eligible for refunds, however they may be exchanged for the same value.

Once we have received the returned item it will be thoroughly checked by quality control, if we are satisfied with the item we will then issue a full refund (excluding postage). Please include a note in your package stating your full name, address, reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Items that are damaged or broken through no design or manufacturing issue are non refundable. Please read the care instructions thoroughly to avoid unnecessary wear and tear.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment card or account. We aim to process the payment within one week.
